2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a course you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Service description

SkilledYou provides online English-for-Business training delivered via streaming lessons, downloadable materials and live coaching sessions. A single purchase grants 12 months of access to the selected course track.

4. Pricing & payment

  • Price: USD 199 (one-time, paid annually). Local taxes may apply at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we never store full card data.
  • Access is provisioned instantly after successful payment.

5. Refund policy

Email contact@skilledyou.com within 14 calendar days of purchase for a 100 % refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. User eligibility

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

7. Licence & acceptable use

  • You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access course materials for personal learning.
  • Reselling, sharing login credentials or redistributing content without permission is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, PDFs, text and trademarks remain the property of SkilledYou. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

Courses are provided “as-is, as-available”. We make no guarantee that completing a course will secure employment, promotions or business results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilledYou is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (USD 199).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Sergipe, Brazil.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. We will post the revised version here and, if the changes are material, notify registered users by email.
