1. Who may request a refund?

First-time buyers of a SkilledYou “English for Business” course are protected by our 14-Day 100 % Money-Back Guarantee.

2. Guarantee window

• Start: the calendar date and time your payment is confirmed.
• End: 23:59 (your local time) on the 14th calendar day after purchase.

3. What is refundable?

• Full course fee (USD 199) — we refund the entire amount you paid.
• No restocking or processing fees.
• No prorated refunds after the 14-day period.

4. How to request a refund

2. Include your purchase email and (optional) reason for refund.
3. We’ll respond within one business day.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank-post timing may vary by card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks filed before contacting support may be contested with proof of service delivery.
